Well the big news now is that I’m moving to Fort Bliss, Texas for four months. Can’t tell ya when exactly, because frankly I don’t know. I know it’s sometime in the nebulous next week, that’s about it. We’ll be coming back to Fort Riley around 1 February. The news came down about this time last week. They needed fifty people to go and train detainee operations and provide their own support (which is why I’m going, I don’t know a thing about detainee ops) and I volunteered to go and they finally decided to let me go. That’s about all I know now. I’ll update later this afternoon when I get back to Riley, probably.
